Full Journal pdf1998-05-11 House Journal Page 3788 SB 11 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 10, 1998 calendar (page 3752), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11(FIN) "An Act establishing a reimbursement program for municipal bonds, notes, or other indebtedness incurred for school construction; relating to administrative costs of reimbursing municipal school construction debt; relating to municipal school construction project eligibility requirements for receiving state reimbursement; and providing for an effective date." Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 11(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Joule: Page 7, line 17: Delete "(i)" Page 7, line 19: Delete "; and" Insert "." Page 7, lines 20 - 22: Delete all material. Representative Joule moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Hanley objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
